Bentobook is designed by Forest Computer, a Los-Angeles based company dedicated to building sustainable technology.

Sustainability means 3 things to us:

• Right-to-Repair: waste less when something goes wrong. Instead of replacing your whole keyboard, replace just one key. You can always get us to repair it, but we include a set of repair tools just so you can do it at home.
• Right-to-Upgrade: minimize waste in landfills by upgrading your computer piece by piece. Keep your keyboard for 20 years, and upgrade everything else along the way.
• Right-to-Recycle: when all is said and done, all non-elctronic components should be recyclable or biodegradable.
